- The “Schedule” page allows you to schedule departures for every ship you work with in a single place. Choose to view activity in list or calendar format. See the count associated with each departure and click through to see count details.

- The “Run Tour” function combines ticket scanning and tour tracking. Use this at the start of a departure to initiate tour tracking and to enroll ticket images for submission to the shore excursion manager.

- “Ticket Handling” allows you to view and edit departure manifests of ticket images.

- “Messaging” allows you to create group text messages with your team and/or the shore excursion managers with whom you work.

- “Active Tours” allows you to track the location of tours in progress and to clearly communicate the start and finish of all tour activity to shore excursion managers.

- “Reporting” allows you to quickly review submitted tour counts and revenue data for every partner with which you work.

- The “Admin” page allows you to select the ships with which you work, create profiles for each tour you operate, and invite your team members to use the tool.
